It helps local governments, Tribal nations, and utilities plan and budget for lead service line replacements.
The calculator promotes open access to infrastructure cost modeling and supports data-driven decision-making aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 6 – Clean Water and Sanitation, SDG 11 – Sustainable Cities, and SDG 13 – Climate Action).
LSLRCC enables users to estimate total and per-line replacement costs for materials, excavation, labor, administration, contingency, and post-replacement activities.
